ENERGY EXPERT aims to support keyboard navigation, visible focus, semantic structure, zoom to 200%, reduced motion and readable contrast across public and learning routes.

If a learner cannot use part of the platform, support will provide an accessible alternative where reasonably possible once the support channel is activated.

Current test scope

Local verification covers representative public, legal, utility and learning routes at 320 to 1440 pixels, keyboard operation, automated accessibility rules, reduced motion and 200% zoom. Automated checks do not replace testing with people who use assistive technology.

Report a barrier

The production support channel will accept the page address, task attempted, assistive technology or browser used and a description of the barrier. Do not include passwords, full payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.

Known barriers, response targets and remediation status will be documented after the production support contact and operating workflow are approved.
