Refunds and Withdrawal

Before immediate access

Consumers will receive the required pre-contract information and must separately request immediate digital access and acknowledge the legal consequence for the withdrawal right. Neither control may be pre-checked.

Durable confirmation

After a confirmed purchase, the platform will create a durable confirmation recording the product, total price, 12-month term, legal-document versions and the customer’s consent choices.

Requests

A withdrawal request can be recorded locally, but email delivery and refund execution are disabled until providers and final legal rules are approved. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Digital-content conformity and remedies

Separate from withdrawal, mandatory rules may provide remedies where paid digital content or a digital service is not supplied or does not conform to the contract. Depending on the circumstances, remedies may include bringing the service into conformity, proportionate price reduction or termination.

Refund timing, method, partial-period treatment and access revocation must follow the applicable legal rule and confirmed payment record. No automated local fixture can issue money or decide a legal entitlement.

Company purchases

Business purchasers may have contractual cancellation or correction rights stated in the final order terms, but do not automatically receive consumer rights merely because seats are assigned to individual learners. Mandatory rights are assessed by the buyer's legal status and circumstances.
