Operator and scope

ENERGY EXPERT is operated by ENERGY CENTURY XXI S.R.L., registration code 46358253, Trade Registry J40/11983/2022, with registered office at Bucharest, Sector 1, Str. Alexandru Constantinescu nr. 18, et. 1, ap. 5, Romania.

These terms apply to individual learners and company seat purchasers. Courses 01 and 02 are available for purchase when commercial activation opens.

Course access

Confirmed payment creates 12 months of access to Course 01. Access does not renew automatically and no automatic grace period applies.

Access is personal unless a company seat has been validly assigned. Credentials and verification links must not be shared.

Orders, price and payment

The displayed individual total is EUR 175 for each available course, including Course 01 and Course 02. Company seat pricing applies the published quantity band to the complete seat quantity: 10% for 2 seats, 30% for 3, 40% for 4 and 50% for 5 or more. Courses not yet released are not offered for presale.

An order becomes effective only after the configured payment provider confirms payment and the platform creates a server-authoritative entitlement. A local preview, browser draft or unverified payment message never creates access.

Company seats

A company purchaser may invite and assign purchased seats to named learners through an authorized organization administrator. A seat remains subject to the purchased access term and may be reassigned only through the documented administrative workflow.

The purchaser is responsible for the authority and accuracy of learner information it supplies and for giving affected learners any workplace privacy information required in its circumstances.

Learning and certificate

Course completion requires all 21 modules, all guided steps, every required assessment submission and every professional challenge. No minimum assessment score is required for the attendance certificate.

The certificate is a non-accredited attendance certificate. It is not a diploma, regulated qualification, professional licence or guarantee of employment or commercial outcomes.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Learners may use the platform and reasonable personal study notes for their own learning. Course text, media, questions, software, layouts and branded materials may not be copied, scraped, republished, resold, used to train another service or made available to others except where mandatory law permits.

Attempts to bypass access controls, interfere with assessments, probe other accounts, automate bulk extraction or misuse verification routes may result in proportionate suspension while the issue is investigated.

Availability, changes and conformity

The operator may maintain, secure and improve the platform and curriculum. Material changes affecting paid access will be communicated as required, and mandatory rights concerning supply, conformity, updates, remedies, price reduction or termination remain unaffected.

Planned courses, local fixtures, roadmap features and disabled integrations are informational until expressly activated. They are not contractual commitments or purchasable products.

Liability boundary

ENERGY EXPERT provides general education, not project-specific engineering, legal, tax, accounting, financing or investment advice. Learners remain responsible for professional verification and decisions made outside the platform.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any permitted limitation requires final legal review before commercial activation.

Law and disputes

Romanian law governs these terms. This choice does not remove mandatory consumer protections or the consumer forums that cannot lawfully be excluded.
